Excellent work. Clear communication. I had been absolutely unhappy with the service rendered at an authorised Honda service centre and had been hunting for a good alternative for the last couple of years.
Alphation did an excellent job.Moses in particular, was very efficient, affable, clear in communication. Will definitely recommend to people who want no-nonsense good work done at a reasonable cost.All the work was done within a day or two and with clear advance notice and intimation. Costs were well within or around the quotation given.

I got a minor damage for the front bumper and had been googling for getting it repaired using plastic welding option.Most of the results in google were showing 15km away from Mahadevapura, Bangalore, but I thought finding something nearby and called this service center.I was happy to find that they do the job and immediately reached there and got it done in an hour.i couldn’t find where the bumper damage was ,as it was perfectly done on a priority. AC of my i10 grand was not working. I visited Alphation and they looked at my vehicle and explained me there may be a root cause and will need to check thoroughly. I fixed up the next day 9.30am as pick up from home and they promptly sent their associate for pick up.
They updated me regularly with diagnosis and then delivered the vehicle at the promised time. The work was excellent , car was cleaned/vacuumed.

I got the contact through GoMechanic and it was a good decision to visit the workshop. its quite big with almost all facilities what an OEM service center has. I got my car inspected for any problems and got quotation for denting work in quick time.
