At Alphation Auto, all the parts are genuine and are procured from certified dealers.

(i) If the vehicle does not crank, then the battery might be dead. You can jump start the car or call the Alphation Auto Helpline Number.

No. Value-Added Services are not a part of Periodic Maintenance. They are optional services that are aimed to extend durability and to provide a new look to the car.

For all vehicles, the prices as applicable are declared in advance by Alphation Auto. For spare parts, Alphation Auto declares the respective prices. Labour charges for services rendered are based on a flat rate.

All indicators have their own purpose, but Low Oil Pressure indicator, Malfunction Indicator Lamp and Temperature Gauge need to be given utmost importance.
