Thank you, Alphation Auto, for your suggestions, advice, and for speaking on my behalf to the Dealership Service Center regarding my Mahindra 3XO. I was unhappy with the paint work carried out by PPS dearlership so I was frustrated and looked for other options hence I visited Alphation Auto for painting work of my door, the work that the dealership had already messed up. BACKSTORY - My car had minor dent on driver side door for which I went to Service Center (SC) to fix it(image attached). Instead of fixing the dent, they replaced the entire door and painted it. You can see the poor quality of the paint in the attached image. When I asked about it, the Service Manager claimed it would match automatically after a month as it's new paint but the quality is evident in the image. Instead of providing a quotation, Alphation Auto advised me to return to the Service Center and request a fix. They also spoke to the SC on my behalf, guiding them as experts. The SC agreed to address the issue with repaint. This is a true example of business ethics and customer service. Alphation prioritized helping me over making a profit.
